I have been with State Farm for 36 years and my office has over 80 years of combined experience. Please continue reading and I will briefly explain how I view our role for our customers.

My motto is to “Handle claims before they occur”. Claims can be simple, or they can be complex. So, it’s important for my office to anticipate the situations that can occur and try to guide our customers how to handle their insurance. No one knows what today will deliver.

We should protect the customer, not just the car. What if someone else is hurt and our customer owes a lot? What if our customer is hurt and the other party doesn’t have enough coverage? These types of questions are important but are frequently skipped when price is the only focus.

We should protect the home, not just the house. A house is a large asset, but Home envelops family, memories, safety, and security. I have never met a person who would want to lose their home. Houses can be damaged, but Homes can be lost when injury, sickness or premature death causes a change in income.

Isn’t it simple logic to anticipate all the possibilities? Whether it is a terrible car accident, a fire or a customer’s loss of income from injury or worse, we want to protect our customers from the unexpected.
