"This is my first experience with State farm. I have no idea how the corporate side of things will work as we progress through the events of a vehicle repair, but I've been exceptionally pleased with our local Mount Airy office and how they have handled all of my questions and concerns."

"Me & my family have had insurance with State Farm for years. Fortunately, I've only had to file 2 claims, one was a couple of years ago for homeowners, in which they denied paying for repairs, not only that but my local agent has yet to make any contact. Recently I had minor accident, no fault on my part, used the app to notify my insurance. I received a call today from a SF Representative from another State telling me that it is up to me to contact the other drivers insurance and battle it out. Which tells me that State Farm does not care about the products that they insure. And yet, still no contact from my local agent."

"I spoke with Josh to get my insurance back. I had a bad experience with a former insurance company and dreaded going through the process again, and to make matters worse my fiancé and I had a difficult situation with both of us needing to be in the policy. Well Josh took care of everything and it was completely painless!! I am now 1000% a loyal State Farm customer!!!!"

"We have workmens comp and general liability insurance here and couldn't ask for any better service.Josh Fritchey is always on top of his game.When I send in a request for a COI he almost always if not always sends it out the very day I send a request for it.It means a lot to me and our business to have this kind of great customer service and response time.Thank you State Farm and Josh Fritchey!"

"They were very helpful and served us well. I would still be with john if I could have gotten my premiums lower. Due to sickness and loss of job I had to readjust my budget. They did payout their claims efficiently and in a timely manner. I hate I had to leave."

"I was already a State Farm customer when I came to NC 3 years ago. John handled everything with transferring my account and I have since purchased more insurance with John. He is honest, professional and available when I need him. He also offers great counseling and advice to my family and I on our home, auto and life coverages. "I've been with State Farm Ins more than 20 years. Steve Gross was the Insurance agent when I fist got my Insurance Steve has retired and now John Phillips is the new Insurance agent. When a came in to make a pay ment John came in and interdosed his self. For over 20 years my home and cars have been insured with State Farm.They have always been great with handling clames when I had one. Thank you all for all ways being kind and curtias"
